Actress Mariska Hargitay has a treasure trove full of clothing and toys for her newly-adopted baby girl - because she's been dreaming about having a daughter for the past 15 years.

AceShowbiz - The "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" star, Mariska Hargitay and her actor husband Peter Hermann welcomed Amaya Josephine into their family in March - and Mariska Hargitay has introduced the tot to the world in the new issue of People magazine.
She reveals Amaya's closets are already full of toys and trinkets.
The actress says, "I have a hope chest, and, I'm not kidding you, for the last 15 years, every time I see something special, I'm like, this is for my baby girl! Let me just say, this kid is hooked up!"
And Mariska Hargitay feels blessed to have a daughter - a baby sister for the actress' four-year-old son August.
She adds, "There's this feeling of surprising calm, like this was meant to be all along. I just feel like she's home."
