AceShowbiz - Actor Alan Tudyk is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an arrest on Sunday, January 30. Tudyk, who had a small role in Ben Stiller comedy "Dodgeball", was allegedly caught speeding on a California highway at around 1 A.M.
His car was pulled over by cops and he was taken into custody after struggling to complete a field sobriety test, reports TMZ.com. He has since been released without incident and has been ordered to appear in court on March 1.
Tudyk also had a recurring role on "Dollhouse" which was canceled by FOX after 2 seasons. He played the villain calling himself Alpha.
