AceShowbiz - "90210" star Trevor Donovan has been hit with a lawsuit from a credit card company over allegations he owes more than $42,000 in unpaid bills. Legal documents were filed on Monday, September 17 accusing the actor of applying for a card with Wells Fargo back in 2006 and running up a massive debt which has gone unpaid.
The money is being chased by executives at a firm called Investment Retrievers, who filed the lawsuit in a bid to recoup $42,469.69 as well as interest and attorneys' fees, according to TMZ.com.
Trevor Donovan is playing tennis player Teddy Montgomery in "90210". He starring opposite the likes of Shenae Grimes, Tristan Wilds, Jessica Stroup, AnnaLynne McCord and Dustin Milligan in the TV drama. Beside playing in "90210", he has also appeared in 2009 movie "Surrogates".
