AceShowbiz - Drew Sidora has been instructed to vacate the Georgia residence she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.
According to an amended temporary order obtained by TMZ, Drew Sidora, star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, is required to leave the couple’s home by May 31 due to their "current financial circumstances."
Until that date, Drew, 40, and Ralph Pittman, 43, will continue to split the household expenses. The court order also establishes a temporary custody arrangement for their two children: son Machai, 10, and daughter Aniya, 8.
Ralph Pittman has been granted primary physical custody of the children during the school year, while Drew will have parenting time every other weekend, starting in August. Both parents will maintain joint legal custody.
Reports indicate that Ralph has been residing in the basement of the home but will be allowed access to the upstairs area to assist the children with their morning routines.
A representative for Drew Sidora told TMZ that the case is still ongoing and emphasized that the recent ruling is temporary. The rep said, "The matter is still being actively litigated. The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case."
The couple separated in 2023 after nearly nine years of marriage. At the time of their split, both expressed a desire to remain amicable and focus on co-parenting their children while moving forward separately.
