AceShowbiz - The iconic band Wilco is set to embark on a vibrant tour this spring. The renowned Chicago group shared the news of their North American tour today, along with two special performances in Europe scheduled for August.

Dubbed An Evening With Wilco, this tour will showcase Jeff Tweedy and his talented bandmates in major cities across Alabama, Indiana, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, among others. The North American leg will wrap up in June with two performances at Wilco's Solid Sound Festival in North Adams, Massachusetts. This three-day festival will also feature an impressive lineup, including The Breeders, Gang of Four, Ryan Davis & the Roadhouse Band, and Billy Bragg.

After the festival, Wilco will head to Europe to conclude their summer tour. They are scheduled to perform at Oslo's Oya Festival on August 13 and at Copenhagen's Syd for Solen on August 14.

This tour announcement follows Jeff Tweedy's recent revelation of his solo tour plans to promote his upcoming 2025 album, Twilight Override. Wilco released their latest LP, Cousin, in 2023 and shared the EP Hot Sun Cool Shroud in 2024. Additionally, they reissued their fifth album, A Ghost Is Born, as a comprehensive 13-piece box set last year.
