AceShowbiz - Paul "PK" Kemsley has found a new lady following his split from estranged wife Dorit Kemsley. "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star was recently seen on a romantic, PDA-filled date night with Shana Wall, a former "Amazing Race" contestant.

The new couple were photographed on April 24, enjoying a dinner date at Cipriani's restaurant in Beverly Hills. Shana Wall was seen wrapping her arms around PK as they exchanged kisses, both looking smitten while exiting the eatery. PK sported an all-black casual outfit while Shana looked stunning in a cream-colored midriff-baring top and matching pencil skirt.

This public display comes almost a year after PK and Dorit announced their separation. Dorit, who shares two children with PK - 11-year-old Jagger and 9-year-old Phoenix - recently admitted there's "less and less" hope of a reconciliation in the former couple's future.

Speaking during RHOBH's season 14 reunion, she revealed, "As of a week ago, I've chosen not to have much of a relationship with him. I said, 'The way you're making me feel in this moment, I don't think I can have a relationship with you, even a friendship.'"

She added the situation has made her sad and hurt, realizing that what she had believed to be her future may no longer be viable.

When announcing their breakup last year, the couple released a joint statement, "We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together.
