AceShowbiz - Kanye West made shocking remarks about his past relationship with ex-wife Kim Kardashian. During a new interview with DJ Akademiks, the "All Falls Down" rapper spoke candidly about not wanting to become a father so early with Kim Kardashian.
During the interview, the host suggested Kanye had no one to blame but himself for his troubles with Kim, "When you speak about Kim, people might be like, 'Well, you picked her. You put yourself in that.' "
To this, Kanye, donning an all-black Ku Klux Klan outfit - a choice that has garnered significant backlash - responded, "Absolutely, I did. That was my fault. No, that was my fault." He further elaborated, "I didn't want to have children with this person after the first two months of being with them, but that wasn't God's plan."
The pair, who were married from 2014 until their divorce in 2022, share four children. Recent tensions have escalated over their eldest child North West. Kanye wanted his daughter to feature on a song with scandal-riddled star Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, but Kim objected and argued that she had trademarked all their kids' names.
As one source explained, "Kim's priority is the well-being and safety of her children and to protect them from being around Kanye's controversial behavior."
Despite her efforts, Kanye went ahead with the song's release and demanded changes to the trademark. He went on to accuse Kim and her family, labeling them the "Kardashian mob," for allegedly restricting his parental rights.
"ALL THESE RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME BY THE KARDASHIAN MOB HULU AND DISNEY AND THE BIGGER AGENDA TO USE THE SELECTIVELY BRED BLACK CHILDREN TO BE PLATFORMS TO INFLUENCE BLACK PEOPLE," he wrote in an impassioned post on social media.
The drama intensified when Kim reportedly ended one of North's visits with Kanye after discovering that Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, both facing severe legal accusations, would be present. This has led Kim to consider making further changes to their custody agreement.
As this high-profile custody battle continues to unfold, it's clear both West and Kardashian are deeply entrenched in their stances, each fighting for what they believe to be the best for their children.
