"Our family may look a little bigger because that's exactly what is about to happen!" Missy, 53, wrote in her Instagram post.

"Congratulations to Cole and Emilyn on their engagement this past weekend! As a parent, this is what Jase and I have prayed for since our little Cole-Man was born. We are so excited to add this precious girl to our family! We love you both so much!"

Emilyn proudly showed off her ring - a round-cut solitaire diamond flanked by two additional stones - in her own Instagram post. "Thank you Lord for Cole Robertson!! I can't wait to marry you <3," she wrote.

The engagement came after the couple made their relationship public in September 2023 with photos from a trip to Asheville, North Carolina.

Jase shared more details about the proposal on the "Duck Dynasty" crew's "Unashamed" podcast, revealing that both families were in on the secret. A stormy weather forecast and previous storm damage at the proposal site added some chaos to the day, but everything went off beautifully in the end.

This isn't the only big news for the Robertson family. The beloved show "Duck Dynasty" is set for a reboot. After the monumental success of its original 11-season run from 2012 to 2017, the show will return in summer 2025 as "Duck Dynasty: The Revival."

The new series will follow Willie Robertson, CEO of Duck Commander, and his wife, Korie, as they navigate the growing complexity of their family and business.
