AceShowbiz - Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain bonded over their committed beauty routines as on-the-go moms. The actresses posted a joint selfie featuring them in face masks during what appeared to be an airplane journey.
Hathaway and Chastain, 42 and 47 respectively, both mothers of two, humorously captioned their cozy snap, "Mothers' calling 👯."
The post not only highlighted their real-life roles as busy mothers but also served as a playful nod to their 2024 psychological thriller, "Mothers' Instinct".
The movie, directed by Benoît Delhomme and set in the 1960s, followed Hathaway and Chastain as neighbors Celine and Alice, whose close bond as friends and mothers unravels after a tragic fall claims the life of Celine's young son, Max.
In real life, both actresses are devoted mothers. Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman are parents to Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman and Jack Shulman. Chastain, meanwhile, shares daughter Giulietta Chastain Passi and son Augustus Chastain Passi with her husband Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo.
