Watson and Anais, both 29, have been inseparable since they started dating in 2019. Their relationship blossomed after Watson, then a Houston Texans quarterback, messaged Anais on Instagram.

Amid their romantic moments, the couple has faced substantial adversity. Watson has been involved in multiple allegations of sexual harassment and assault by more than two dozen female massage therapists.
The first lawsuit surfaced in March 2021 before it snowballed into over 20 claims. Despite vehement denials from Watson, the fallout was significant. He missed the entire 2021 Texans season due to "non-injury reasons/personal matter," leading to his trade to the Cleveland Browns in March 2022.
