Kylie Kelce, NFL mom and podcast host, sets the record straight on her recent comments about not eating a home-cooked meal prepared by Taylor Swift during a double dinner date.

AceShowbiz - Kylie Kelce has clarified her comments about Taylor Swift's home-cooked meal following a recent appearance of the "Call Her Daddy" podcast. The wife of Jason Kelce said her remarks were misconstrued.

During a new episode of her own podcast "Not Gonna Lie," Kylie, 32, insisted she did not "refuse" to eat a home-cooked meal prepared by the pop star during a double date dinner involving Kylie, her husband Jason, his brother Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift.

Kylie explained, "There was a little bit of confusion because that meal at home was like a private dinner," highlighting that the meal was actually prepared by "an outstanding chef" and not Swift.

The professional athlete and mom of three, who is expecting her fourth child, detailed the real reason behind her limited consumption: pregnancy nausea.

"The home-cooked meals that I did not get to enjoy were not because I 'refused' to eat them but because the child in my womb overwhelmed me with hormones that suggested that if I consume anything other than crackers that it might be seen again," she said.

Reinforcing the challenge many expecting mothers face, she continued, "Anyone that has experienced pregnancy nausea knows that it's not a choice."

Kylie emphasized that her comments were never meant to be a critique of Swift. She clarified, "I didn't refuse anything, I wouldn't refuse anything - especially if I was without child."

Reflecting on media's portrayal of the incident, she conveyed her frustration and called out publications that appeared to pit women against each other. "Why are we trying to pit women against women? Why we doing that? That seems dumb and counterproductive," Kylie questioned.

Despite the nausea impacting her ability to enjoy the dinner, Kylie did recall a culinary highlight: Swift's Funfetti pancakes. She enthusiastically shared, "They hit. They were so good. Baby liked them, I loved them. They were very, very good."

Kylie originally said on "Call Her Daddy," "I don't know that I really ate the meal,” explaining that at eight weeks pregnant, "nothing sounded" good to her.
