The logo for "As Ever" features a palm tree with two birds on both sides, a design that bears a resemblance to Porreres' emblem. The Spanish town's coat of arms has been part of its municipal identity since the 13th century, and the similarities have led local officials to launch a legal probe.

Mayor Xisca Mora called the similarities between the town's emblem and the Duchess' brand logo "surreal." Amid the potential legal action, the mayor hoped this incident could bring international spotlight to Porreres.

The town's historic emblem comes alive in colors while Markle's logo is a minimalist dark grey and white design, featuring hummingbirds, said to hold personal significance for Prince Harry.

The Palm Tree is a symbol of Santa Barbara, where Meghan and Prince Harry reside with their children while hummingbirds refers to Duke of Sussex's memoir, "Spare", where he recalled getting a visit from a hummingbird after the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.

Meghan Markle ditched the name "American Riviera Orchard" because she didn't want to be limited to "things that were just manufactured and grown in this area." She launched a new website featuring her little daughter, Princess Lilibet, in a rare photo with her famous mother.
