AceShowbiz - Ben Affleck's residence in Los Angeles' exclusive Brentwood neighborhood was visited by law enforcement personnel on Sunday, January 12. The agents, including FBI agents and LA County Sheriff's deputies, were seen waiting outside the property's gate for several minutes before departing. The reason for their visit remains unknown.
Affleck was not reportedly present at his home during the incident. The visit coincided with the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles, but Affleck's property has so far remained undamaged despite its proximity to the blaze-ravaged Pacific Palisades area.
Affleck's home has been under a mandatory evacuation order, and he took refuge in his ex-wife Jennifer Garner's house when the fire first broke out in Pasific Palisades last week. Since the inferno swept through the nearby areas, Affleck has been assisting Garner and their children in evacuation efforts.
Garner has been seen volunteering to feed first responders and victims amid the crisis. In an interview, she revealed that she lost a friend in the fires and struggled with survivor's guilt.
Over 180,000 individuals have been forced to evacuate due to the wildfires in Los Angeles, including celebrities and countless others who have been displaced by the blazes.
