Former '90210' actress Tori Spelling took to Instagram to recount her family's urgent evacuation from their Woodland Hills rental home during the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires.

AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling, the 51-year-old star known for her role in "90210", recently took to Instagram to share a harrowing account of evacuating her wildfire-threatened Woodland Hills rental home with her five children and multiple pets. The heart-wrenching narrative struck a chord as she recounted the terrifying moments leading up to their escape.

Tori tried to stay as long as she could but, after "days of watching destruction and monitoring and living in fear," the reality of being forced to flee her home became too urgent to ignore.

"I tried my best to hang in there and not just flee to flee but we had too finally," Tori wrote. Her priority became ensuring the safety of her children, ages ranging from seven to seventeen, and their pets, as the Kenneth Fire threatened their lives.

The evacuation was far from smooth. Tori revealed that she, along with her five children, three large dogs, one cat, and a ferret, left their home with no solid plan in place. In the chaos, she managed to grab cherished photo albums but not much else, not even clothes, hitting the 101 North with no destination in mind.

During their daunting journey northwards, with smoke infiltrating their SUV, her children questioned the direction she chose as they appeared to head straight into the heart of the fire. "Indeed we were. Mother instinct took over and I pressed on north on 101," she recalled. Tori urged her children to cover their faces as she navigated through the smoky inferno.

In an incredible stroke of luck, a friend helped her find refuge in an Airbnb, leading to temporary housing for the family. With gratitude, she detailed their refuge equipped with a koi pond and a monarch butterfly sanctuary, attributes that brought a semblance of peace amid the chaos.

She explained why she waited to share her story, "I haven't posted or shared bc social media was saturated. amazing kindness , sorrowful loss, helpful shares, and pleas. I didn't want to be redundant."

Tori's mother, Candy Spelling, also faced the wildfire's wrath, tragically losing her $23 million Malibu beach house in the Palisades Fire. Describing her shock and the immeasurable loss, Candy shared with TMZ, "I am beyond grateful for the memories. It was truly a wonderful gift to have."

The devastating fires have forced over 100,000 Los Angeles residents to evacuate, with tragic losses spanning celebrity homes including those of Paris Hilton, Anthony Hopkins, John Goodman, and others. As the fires rage on, stories like Tori Spelling's shed light on the real and present dangers faced by so many.
