AceShowbiz - Following the conclusion of her bitter divorce from Brad Pitt, 49-year-old Oscar winner Angelina Jolie shared her disdain for liars.
"Somebody who feels a need to not say the truth or what they want, what they feel," she said in an interview with W Magazine. "There's a big version of that - and I'm not trying to be heavy about it - but people who say one thing and mean another, who aren't completely who they are."
Jolie did not name specific individuals but has been involved in a public legal battle with her ex-husband Brad Pitt for several years. Their divorce was finalized on December 30, 2024 after an eight-year legal process.
According to a source close to Jolie, she hopes Pitt can "move on" and "stop attacking her" after the divorce finalization. However, a source close to Pitt claims that Jolie has engaged in "one-sided attacks for the past eight years" and has distorted facts.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt split following a huge fight on a flight, where their children were present. Pitt was accused of getting drunk, abusing Jolie, and turning his anger on their kids when they tried to defend their mom, but he vehemently denied the allegations. The couple share six children, and all of them have been living with Jolie since the couple's divorce. Some of them even dropped Pitt's last name.
The exes are still involved in a separate lawsuit regarding the French winery they previously owned together. Pitt filed a lawsuit against Jolie for allegedly breaching their agreement when she sold her half of Château Miraval without his consent.
