AceShowbiz - Blake Lively is putting her family first as Christmas approaches. Following news of her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, 40, Lively, 37, is taking time to be with her loved ones, a source tells PEOPLE.
"She's trying to just focus on making Christmas special for her kids," says the source, referring to Lively's four children, James, Inez, Betty and Olin, whom she shares with husband Ryan Reynolds.
In her complaint, Lively alleges that Baldoni s**ually harassed her during the production of the film, including showing her explicit images, asking about her personal s** life, and attempting to add intimacy scenes without her consent. She also alleges a hostile work environment and a retaliatory smear campaign against her.
Despite Baldoni's alleged misconduct, Lively claims that he agreed to her demands for protection on set, including safeguards related to intimacy and her physical appearance. However, she alleges that Baldoni later hired crisis publicists to launch a smear campaign against her.
According to the lawsuit, Lively has suffered "grief, fear, trauma, and extreme anxiety" due to Baldoni's behavior. It also states that her family, including Reynolds and her children, has been affected.
Lively's lawsuit has been in the works for months and has taken a toll on her, an insider reveals. However, she has received support from family, friends and several prominent individuals, including "It Ends with Us" author Colleen Hoover, director Paul Feig, and former "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" co-stars America Ferrera and Alexis Bledel.
