AceShowbiz - Justin Baldoni has been spotted for the first time since Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against him. The actor/director surfaced in Los Angeles on Monday, December 23 amid some serious allegations leveled at him by his "It Ends with Us" co-star.

The 40-year-old put on a united front with his wife Emily during the public outing. The couple dropped off their kids at a relative's house before heading into an office meeting in Beverly Hills.

Justin looked tense during the outing. He was seen looking pensive while waiting in his car in one of the photos. He also kept his head down and stuck by his spouse's side while walking into a building in other pictures shared by Daily Mail. Despite the allegations leveled at Justin, the pair remain strong. Emily appeared supportive of him as she kept one hand on his back as they walked side-by-side.

For the outing, Justin kept it low-key in a plain gray T-shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers. He carried a large backpack and had a canned drink in one of his hands. As for Emily, she opted for a gray crewneck sweater, light-wash denim bottoms and brown boots. She accessorized with a golden necklace and had a black bag slung over her shoulder while holding a tumbler.

Justin and Emily's outing comes several days after Blake filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department against him on December 20. She accused him of s**ual harassment, creating a hostile work environment, and conducting a smear campaign against her on social media following the filming of their movie "It Ends with Us".

The "Gossip Girl" alum has received support from her colleagues in the industry, namely Brandon Skelar, who also stars in "It Ends with Us", and her "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" co-stars Amber Tamblyn, America Ferrera and Alexis Bledel.

Following the allegations, Justin has been dropped by his talent agency WME, while his "Man Enough" co-host Liz Plank has resigned from their podcast. The "Jane the Virgin" alum, who has hired Melissa Nathan, a veteran PR crisis manager who previously worked for Johnny Depp during his legal disputes involving Amber Heard, also had his Voices of Solidarity Award rescinded by its sponsor, Vital Voices.

The award is presented to men who have shown courage and compassion in advocating on behalf of women and girls. Vital Voices explained the decision in a statement, "The communications among Mr. Baldoni and his publicists included in the lawsuit - and the PR effort they indicate - are, alone, contrary to the values of Vital Voices and the spirit of the Award. We have notified Mr. Baldoni that we have rescinded this award."
