Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto is close to signing a deal to join forces with Hollywood heavyweights in a thrilling new project that dives deep into the infamous assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Jared Leto, the Academy Award-winning actor known for his transformative roles, is reportedly on the verge of finalizing his participation in this highly anticipated project.
Directed by Barry Levinson, the film's screenplay is co-written by Levinson, David Mamet, and Sam Bromell, promising a gripping and intricate narrative.

Jared Leto, who hails from Louisiana, has built an impressive resume in both the music and film industries. Aside from being the lead vocalist and main songwriter for the pop rock band 30 Seconds to Mars, Leto has starred in major films like "Panic Room," "Suicide Squad," "Blade Runner 2049," and the upcoming "Tron: Ares," set to release on October 10, 2025. His portrayal in "Dallas Buyers Club" earned him an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor, among other awards.
Production for "Assassination" is set to begin in Boston early next year, with Corey Large and Jason Sosnoff producing and Large also financing. The film's executive producers include John Burnham, Bernie Gewissler, Pia Patatian, and Jordan Nott. Patatian, who previously worked at Arclight, is handling worldwide rights through her new company Cloud 9 and launched the project at the AFM last month. Nicholas Celozzi is also involved in the production.
