Swift's visit comes after she recently wrapped up her record-breaking Eras Tour. The trek took her across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, including two nights in Kansas City at Arrowhead Stadium in July 2023.

Travis Kelce, Swift's boyfriend, expressed his admiration for her tour on his New Heights podcast, stating that it was "the best tour in the world" due to her and the contributions of many others.
