Despite initial bids, Katie Price's former 'Mucky Mansion' has undergone a second price reduction in an attempt to find a buyer as it features a significant decrease from its original £1.5 million asking price.

AceShowbiz - Katie Price's nine-bedroom mansion, once known as "Mucky Mansion," has faced a series of setbacks in its sale. After previously finding a buyer, the sale fell through, prompting a price reduction of £150,000.

The property, originally purchased by Price for £1.35 million in 2014, has been marked by neglect and disrepair. Its dilapidated state was featured in a Channel 4 series as Price attempted to renovate it. However, despite efforts to clean up the property, including removing over 20 tonnes of waste, the condition has remained poor.

Price's financial woes have contributed to the property's fate. She was declared bankrupt twice, in 2019 and 2022, due to unpaid debts and taxes. As a result, any proceeds from the sale will be used to offset her debts, leaving her without any profit.

The mansion, once valued at over £45 million, has become a symbol of Price's financial struggles. While she initially denied responsibility for her financial issues, blaming ex-partners and lawyers, she has since acknowledged the role her depression and poor decision-making played in her downfall.

Despite the setbacks, Price's former home remains on the market, its price significantly reduced. It remains to be seen if a new buyer will step forward to purchase the property once known as the "Mucky Mansion."
