The Houston rapper takes to his Instagram account to weigh in on the recent controversy involving Hov, who was accused of raping a minor at a party back in 2000.

AceShowbiz - Slim Thug remains supportive for Jay-Z. On Monday, December 9, the Houston rapper weighed in on the recent controversy involving Hov, who was accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at a party back in 2000.

In a video apparently taken from his Instagram Live session, Slim Thug slammed people who easily believed the accusations and called them the truth. "Jay-Z is not guilty," he insisted. "I don't believe that s**t."

"We'll continue to see motherf**kers try to take down Black billionaires," the "Welcome 2 Houston" rapper went on defending Jigga. "And everybody gonna cheer him on. For allegations. No criminal cases or none of that s**t."

He later shared his experience dealing with lawyers. "I been telling y'all how them lawyers do. They try and get money. Get motherf**kers to settle cuse they know public opinion gon' kill them anyway. Whether you innocent or not," he shared.

He also mentioned how blogs helped ruin one's image amid the scandal. "By the time the blogs get done," he noted. "Sheesh. That s**t all fake anyway."

Upon catching wind of Slim Thug's video, some fans pointed out how Slim Thug had a similar response when Cassie accused Sean "P. Diddy" Combs of abuse only to be proven wrong with the viral hotel CCTV footage. "I can't stand behind this. I'll take this L," the "Luxurious" spitter said at the time. "But I still will ride with my ppl until I see some sort of proof. I don't believe in blogs or civil suits."

"He ain't learn from the last time ? I see ..," an Instagram user commented. Another noted, "He didn't believe Cassie either…." Similarly, one person said, "The last time you gave us your professional opinion it came back 100000000% wrong. Just let us find out when the truth reveals itself."

However, some others appeared to agree with Slim Thug. "he got a point here. the longer this goes on, the more irreparable damage is done to his image even if he does win later on," a user wrote. Another fan of Hov said, "I don't believe this ab Jay-Z. Just trying to bring down other brother. With u all the way Jay-Z!!"
