Goldberg urged viewers to avoid panicking and enjoy the holidays with their families, while Navarro emphasized the need for preparation ahead of the potential threats posed by Trump's policies.

"Whatever he's going to do, he's going to do," Goldberg said. "But do take our word for it, things seem to move slowly." She advised viewers to focus on taking care of themselves and their families.

However, Navarro countered that this perspective ignored the concerns of vulnerable groups, such as illegal immigrants and women in the military. "We have the luxury of saying that, because we're legal, we are successful," she explained. "But others are not."

Goldberg dismissed Navarro's advice, arguing that it only fueled panic. "Ana, you tell people to stay fraught and like this," she said. "That is not..."

Navarro interrupted, insisting that people needed to be prepared for the "winter" that was approaching. "No, I'm telling people to prepare!" she said.

Alyssa Farah Griffin, a former Trump administration employee who has since become a critic, pointed out that even those on Trump's "enemies list" were not panicking.

As the segment concluded, Navarro stressed that many people who were likely to be targeted by Trump's policies were in a more vulnerable position than the co-hosts. "We are in a privileged position that a lot of people who are going to be under his attack are not," she said.
