John revealed he has lost his eyesight in his right eye and has limited vision in his left eye. He sat throughout much of the performance but stood and swayed briefly during the final chorus of "Cold Heart." Attendees described the chemistry between Dua and Elton as "sweet and joyous." Despite his physical limitations, John's vocals remained strong, and he received a kiss from Dua at the end of the performance.
In addition to her reunion with Ray, Dua Lipa performed 19 songs reimagined with a 53-piece orchestra and 14-person choir. The show also featured the live debut of "Dance the Night" from the soundtrack of Greta Gerwig's upcoming film, "Barbie".
