AceShowbiz - On November 27, authorities from the Milton Police Department responded to a domestic violence call at the couple's Georgia home, according to a police report obtained by TMZ. Kim Zolciak, 46, claimed that the altercation occurred while she was removing curtains from a ladder. She alleged that Kroy Biermann, 39, confronted her and physically removed her from the ladder, causing her to fall to the ground.

The former NFL star, on the other hand, told police that Zolciak struck him in the face and instigated the fight. He also accused her of spying on him in their home and stealing his phone in previous incidents.

Two of the couple's children witnessed the argument and provided conflicting accounts to authorities. One child claimed that Zolciak fell from the ladder and landed on top of Biermann, while the other stated that Zolciak had initially been removing the curtains herself and fell down.

Per the report, no arrests were made as law enforcement could not determine who the "primary aggressor" was.

Zolciak sustained injuries but refused to show them to the first responders. She and Biermann have been engaged in an ongoing divorce battle since initially splitting in May 2023, despite a brief reconciliation. They share four biological kids, KJ, Kash, Kaia and Kane, and Biermann also adopted Zolciak's two daughters from a previous relationship.

Amidst their financial woes, Zolciak has been selling fake Christmas trees on social media while Biermann has taken a job at a construction company. Their Georgia mansion, which they have been trying to sell to avoid foreclosure, is scheduled to be auctioned off on December 3.
