The actress, who is currently dating NBA player Jalen Green, is fighting with her NFL star ex-lover over a Los Angeles home, which she has been living in with her children.

AceShowbiz - Draya Michele is embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend Tyrod Taylor. The social media personality has been slapped with an eviction lawsuit by her former lover, who tried to kick her out of a Los Angeles home he allegedly bought for her and her kids while they were still together.

Draya reportedly has hit the courtroom to respond to his eviction lawsuit, just days after sheriffs showed up at her home, attempting to lock her out. In court documents obtained by In Touch, Draya mentioned that officers rolled up to her home in Chatsworth, California on November 20.

On that day, Draya said she received an "alarming phone call from her children's nanny while she was away on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the subject property to lock the occupants out of the subject property." Draya said she immediately called her lawyer, who sped over to her place to handle the situation and keep the sheriffs from locking her out.

She found out Tyrod's company had filed an eviction lawsuit against her, catching her completely off guard. She said that a default judgment had been issued in the case. Draya insisted that she never got served with any paperwork, and neither Tyrod nor his legal team bothered to clue her in on the situation, even though they were already in the middle of their own legal battles initiated by her.

Tyrod reportedly got the court's green light to serve Draya through the mail. However, Draya insisted she never got any documents sent to her that way.

Earlier this year, Draya filed a lawsuit asking the court to make the NFL star stick to their agreement about selling her a house he bought. Draya said Tyrod picked up the property back in August 2022 while they were still together, saying it was meant for her and her kids. The arrangement was that she'd pay him rent each month.

The model claimed the 35-year-old quarterback agreed to let her buy the house from him sometime between November 2023 and November 2025. In October 2023, Draya put in an offer of $2.8 million for the place, but Tyrod countered at $3.2 million, which she accepted. She kept up with the $19,000 monthly rent and even dropped $270,000 on home improvements. Now, Draya claims that despite their agreement, Tyrod is trying to back out and refusing to sell her the house.
