AceShowbiz - Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of legendary rapper Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, is facing scrutiny after reports of extensive property damage caused by his alleged unruly parties. Brokers in Southern California have reportedly blacklisted Combs from renting mansions, citing multiple instances where he misrepresented guest counts and left properties in disarray.
According to a source described as an "L.A.-based facilitator" for wealthy and famous clients, Combs had a habit of renting out mansions and hosting gatherings that exceeded the number of guests initially agreed upon. The source claimed that Combs's parties often resulted in broken furniture, spilled alcohol, and other damages that required extensive repairs.
The allegations against Justin Combs come as his father, Diddy, faces federal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering. While there is no suggestion of any untoward behavior at Justin's parties, some critics believe that his reputation, coupled with his family's recent legal troubles, may have influenced landlords' reluctance to rent to him.
Adding to Justin's legal challenges, Porsche Leasing LTD has filed a lawsuit against him for $190,000 in unpaid bills for a Bentley lease. Justin's attorney, Jeffrey Lichtman, has stated that the issue arose from a mailing address mix-up, and that the outstanding balance will be paid and the case dismissed.
Lichtman has emphasized that Justin has not been charged with any crimes or civil violations related to the rental disputes. He maintained that his client "has not been charged with a crime or sued civilly regarding any of these accusations for a reason - he did nothing wrong."
Despite Lichtman's defense, the allegations and legal actions have cast a shadow over Justin's reputation. Landlords' hesitance to rent to him highlights the ongoing challenges he faces as a result of his party lifestyle and the public perception of his family's history.
