In Marvel Rivals, Moon Knight wields supernatural powers bestowed by Khonshu to eliminate his foes as his design incorporates elements from ancient Egyptian mythology.

AceShowbiz - At D23 Brazil, NetEase Games and Marvel Games revealed "Moon Knight"as the latest addition to the playable roster for Marvel Rivals, a free-to-play team-based PvP shooter launching on December 6th.

Moon Knight first emerged in the comics in 1975 and was recently introduced to mainstream audiences through Disney+'s Emmy-nominated miniseries starring Oscar Isaac. As Marc Spector, the avatar of the Egyptian moon god Khonshu, he battles both street-level criminals and the inner demons of his dissociative identity disorder.

In Marvel Rivals, Moon Knight wields supernatural powers bestowed by Khonshu to eliminate his foes. His design incorporates elements from ancient Egyptian mythology, including a white and black color scheme and "Egyptian Faience" material. However, the team has also integrated technological components and rugged armor to align with the game's aesthetic and enhance his aggressive combat style.

Moon Knight can summon a portal above the battlefield, connecting him to the cosmos and summoning the formidable arms of Khonshu, leaving his enemies defenseless.

Moon Knight joins a roster of over 25 Marvel heroes and villains, including Captain America, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Loki and Scarlet Witch. Marvel Rivals offers a team-based PvP experience reminiscent of games like Overwatch, with destructible maps inspired by the Marvel Multiverse.
