According to a new report, "The Kardashians" star is ready to fight if the rapper and his wife Bianca Censori decide to leave the U.S. for Japan, which will make their custody battle even more complicated.
"Rumors have been swirling for a while that Kanye intends to relocate to Tokyo and renegotiate his custody terms with Kim," a source reveals to In Touch. It notes the reason behind the plan is "because he'll want the kids to travel there frequently once he's settled."
While Kim previously shared that she wants their four kids "to be around their dad as much as possible," the source claims that their shared parenting schedule will be hugely affected if Ye moves to Japan permanently. "It obviously poses all sorts of complications and challenges from a logistical point of view, and Kim's very worried about what the future holds if he goes ahead," the insider explains. "She'll lawyer up and likely fight him every step if necessary, but it's obviously the last thing she wants or needs to be dealing with."
The informant adds that Kim, who shares North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with the "Vultures" rapper, also considers the ongoing legal issues that Ye is facing as well as his alleged marital problems with Bianca. "On top of that, there's this horrific case being brought against him that can't be ignored, plus his ongoing marriage issues with Bianca," shares the source.
"It got Kim's head swirling and she's obligated to apprise herself of the situation. But to say she finds it sordid and stressful is an understatement," the insider continues.
It's unknown if Ye, who has been spending time in Japan for weeks, really considers relocating to the Asian country. The Yeezy designer, however, was recently reported to have bought a $35 million property in Beverly Park North, a gated community in Beverly Hills.
The home is allegedly 20,000 square feet and sits on a nearly 7-acre plot of land. It additionally boasts 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.
