The post reveals the release date for the movie, August 8, 2025, building fans' excitement for the duo's return on screen.
In the sequel, Curtis and Lohan reprise their roles as mother-daughter duo Anna and Tess Coleman, whose bodies once again switch overnight. The storyline of "Freakier Friday" remains a closely guarded secret, but fans can expect a "four-way switch" that will involve two new young actors.
Curtis described the experience of reuniting with Lohan as joyful and emotional. She shared, "We laughed a lot, cried a lot... It was so fun."
