Paul Richard Soliz, who has been slapped with divorce by his estranged wife Nicole Mancilla, files a restraining order request against Nicole's mother, who accused him of being a 'deadbeat dad.'

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears' on-again, off-again boyfriend's divorce is apparently messier than it appears. Paul Richard Soliz, who has been slapped with divorce by his estranged wife Nicole Mancilla, has filed a restraining order request against Nicole's mother Sandra Smith.

Per Page Six's report, Paul publicly filed the restraining order request to Los Angeles Superior Court of California in September. In the docs obtained by the site on Tuesday, October 8, Paul accused Sandra of attempting to kidnap his and Nicole's 2-year-old daughter Violet when he went to pick up the children at his ex's home.

Paul, who is a father of nine, shares three other children, sons Trystan, 9, Dylan, 8, and Nicholas, 6, with his estranged wife. The docs detailed that Trystan and Dylan were "frantically" screaming during the September 9 incident and allegedly told Paul, "Grandma won't let the baby [Violet] leave."

"As I was walking toward the door, Sandra Smith [grandmother] pushed my son Nicholas out of the door and slammed it shut behind him," Paul claimed in the filing. "She then yelled through the door, 'She is my daughter's baby not yours!' "

Paul claimed he called the Los Angeles Police Department shortly afterward for them to "help" him get his youngest child, but it appears that he did not wait for officers to arrive. He said he took his sons home because it was a "school night" and he "didn't want them to be subjected to anymore abuse and yelling as Sandra was threatening to lie to the police and have me arrested."

Paul claimed in his request that Sandra is only retaliating against him because she blames him for his estranged wife's "mental health deteriorating." He included a series of texts Nicole purportedly sent, in which she claimed she is suicidal and appears to make threats to kill her family members.

"I hate you all n I'll kill you with my bear [sic] hands in your stupid g wagon then run my damn kids over with it and no one will do s**t," an alleged text from "Nikki" sent on July 22 read in the court docs. "All you guys did was make me numb and completely comfortable to never see my kids again. I don't give a f**k about them anymore."

Paul then allegedly responded, "I've got boys. Get some help Nikki," prompting Nicole to purportedly respond by saying she's "good" and proceeds to call her mom a "demon." Another text included in the request showed "Nikki" allegedly admitting that she's "sorry" she can't "stop smoking n using drugs" and telling Paul she "never stopped loving" him.

In a separate thread, Nicole accused her mother of being physically abusive, claiming Sandra "threw a chair" at her. She also claimed in a text that she was "homeless," to which Paul responded, "So am I."

Sandra cannot be reached for comment on Paul's allegations, but she publicly filed response to the restraining order request, in which she alleged, "The information contained in the request is faulse [sic] and fully fabricated." The request was eventually dismissed earlier this week.

Sandra also described the alleged incident from her perspective in an interview with "The Drew Lane Show" last week. "He took three of the kids, too. We are trying to get those kids back," she said on the show on Friday, October 4.

Sandra admitted that after Paul dropped off four of the kids he shares with Nicole for a visit, she "kept the baby girl" because the dad allegedly "never bonded with that little girl." In the interview, she also called Paul "a loser," adding, "He says that I stressed him out because I called him deadbeat dad."

Sandra additionally claimed that Paul took three of his nine kids to live at Britney's home, despite not paying child support for any of his children. However, a source begs to differ, saying that the 38-year-old former maintenance worker does not reside with his pop superstar girlfriend despite rumors that he lives with her.
