AceShowbiz - If Britney Spears had not seen the red flag in her relationship with Paul Soliz before, she may now. The ex-convict has been slammed by his mother-in-law after he was slapped with divorce papers by his wife Nicole Mancilla.

Nicole's mother Sandra Smith revealed that Paul is taking three of his nine kids to live at the pop superstar's house, despite not paying child support for any of his kids. "He took three of the kids, too. We are trying to get those kids back," Sandra claimed during an interview on the "Drew Lane Show" on Friday, October 4.

"He's a loser," Sandra added of her son-in-law. "He says that I stressed him out because I called him deadbeat dad." Sandra said she has no idea why Britney would be attracted to Paul, whom the pop icon initially hired as a housekeeper in 2022. She claimed he does not pay child support for any of his kids, but is trying to move them all into Britney's home.

Paul is still legally married to Sandra's daughter Nicole, who filed for divorce from him on Wednesday, October 2 after eight years of marriage. He shares five kids with Nicole.

Court documents reveal Paul is responsible for $1,167 per month in child support plus half of health care costs for his children, Trystan, 9, Dylan, 8, and Violet, 1. The documents also show that Soliz earns $2,773 per month, while Nicole has no income.

In May, Nicole slammed her estranged husband for ditching his family for the "Toxic" singer. "My husband fell in Britney Spears' p***y," she told the Daily Mail. "He was married, and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for her."

In her divorce papers, Nicole cites the boilerplate "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split and lists June 29, 2023 as the date of separation. She is seeking legal and physical custody of their children, but is open to Paul getting visitation. She is also seeking spousal support and asks to terminate the court's ability to award support to Paul.

Britney and Paul's relationship has been a subject of concern and controversy since it started, with the singer's loved ones getting worried about her involvement with Paul, who has a criminal record, including multiple misdemeanors and at least one felony.

In May, the two were involved in an altercation at West Hollywood's Chateau Marmont which resulted in emergency services being called. In July, the 42-year-old singer announced her split from Paul by declaring that she's "single as f**k."

However, just a few weeks later, Britney sparked reconciliation rumors after she was spotted hanging out with Paul again. The two appeared to enjoy a meal together at Soho House in Malibu. The Princess of Pop appeared to be close with Paul's kids they were seen going trampolining at a Sky Zone in Thousand Oaks, California in August.
