AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey, Kate Hudson and Jennifer Hudson made sure to show off their best looks at the American Music Awards 50th Anniversary Special. When attending the event, the three singers looked stunning in their stylish gowns.
On Sunday, October 6, Mariah made an appearance at the award-giving show that took place at the L.A. Center Studios in Los Angeles, California. For the event, the 55-year-old songstress opted to wear a strapless and sleeveless white dress, which was long enough to cover her feet.
The "All I Want For Christmas Is You" singer accessorized herself with silver accessories, including a sparkling necklace, bracelet, ring and a pair of earrings. In addition, her long blonde locks were styled in waves and parted to the side.
As for Kate, the "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" actress hit the red carpet wearing a long dress that was fully covered in gray fur. The sleeveless gown came with a halter neck design and mermaid-tail silhouette.
The "Gonna Find Out" songstress, who looked fresh with her natural makeup, completed the look with two bracelets, a ring and a pair of small hoop earrings. Furthermore, her long tresses, which were tucked behind her ears, cascaded down her back.
At the event, Mariah and Kate appeared to have brushed shoulders with fellow singer Jennifer, who rocked a black dress. The gown came with a see-through material on its upper part, allowing her to expose her shoulders and arms. The dress also featured a sheer black train and high neck design, which had sparkling light-colored embellishments.
To match the embellishments, the "Spotlight" singer, who had bold eye makeup on, put on silver rings and a pair of matching pearl-drop earrings. While her shoes were covered with the dress, she styled her long dark-colored hair into a sleek high ponytail.
The award-giving show was also attended by other famous figures, including Chaka Khan. On the red carpet, the 71-year-old Queen of Funk, who struck some poses for pictures with Kate, flaunted her ageless beauty in an all-brown outfit. Her curly dark-colored hair was let loose and parted in the middle.
