AceShowbiz - Druski has seemingly caught wind of Rubi Rose's expose about their alleged fake relationship. The actor has responded after his ex-girlfriend claimed that her past romance with him was just a PR stunt.
Instead of hitting back at the video vixen, the comedian reacted with humor. On his Instagram Story, he shared a meme that read, "Love Don't Cost a Thing," and set it to Murphy Lee's song "Luv Me Baby" featuring Jazze Pha and Sleepy Brown.
The 30-year-old apparently does't have time to fret about Rubi's claims. He reposted realtor Daniela Meneses' birthday shoutout to him. The two appeared to have a lot of fun on a sunny vacation aboard a yacht. According to TMZ, he has been in Turks & Caicos these past few days.
Druski's hilarious reaction comes after Rubi revealed that her relationship with the funnyman was strictly business and public relations/marketing. She made the claims in response to backlash she received for announcing her decision to remain abstinent and sober for the last two months.
"And for the record i never slept with that man, n***a paid for PR. Not the p***y," she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. She insisted, "I only give it up if I', in love, ion care how much money a n***a. I'm rich asf lol."
Rubi, however, had nothing but nice things to say about Druski, adding in a follow-up tweet, "He is funny and nice tho."
Druski and Rubi seemingly confirmed their relationship back in April when the Columbia native shared a photo on Instagram featuring him and his then-flame, captioning it with, "DRUBI." She commented on the post, writing, "You love me huh baby."
Back in May, sources close to Druski told TMZ that the relationship was 100% real. However, the fling was short lived as in July, he confirmed their split. "yeah, I'm single, man...," he said in an interview. "God blesses you sometimes with situations. It's a learning situation. That's what it's all about. [There wasn't] nothing bad that happened."
He continued, "We just, you know - she's a beautiful girl. She's doing great in life, man. She's making money, I'm doing the same... I learned that when you got a bad b***h, you can't really...when you have a beautiful woman, of that caliber...it comes with a lot."
"And I don't know if I was prepared yet. But I learned a lot from it, so I think I'm coming out of that [relationship] - you better have them pockets ready," he further shared. "I ain't saying that's what happened - you just gotta be ready. Because you don't know when you're gonna have to be pulling that wallet out..."
