The model appears to be fully open when it comes to constructive criticism after TikToker Golloria George pointed out flaws about the new Rhode cream pocket blushes.

AceShowbiz - Hailey Bieber's (Hailey Baldwin) beauty brand Rhode has received applause for how it handled criticism from a black influencer. The star appears to be fully open when it comes to constructive criticism after TikToker Golloria George pointed out flaws about the new Rhode cream pocket blushes.

The popular beauty influencer made use of her platform to share that Hailey reached out personally to her. The new mom sent Golloria two new shades of Rhode blushes, a pinky mauve color and a darker cherry color, that appeared to have a new formula.

"This is why I complain," the TikToker said in a video, seemingly satisfied with the new products. "You see how beautifully flushed I am without looking ashy?"

The beauty guru added, "This is why you advocate for yourself. You see what happens whenever you're not complacent, and that's what we call redemption." Giving the model a shout-out, Golloria said, "Hailey, thank you for reaching out and listening to me and treating me like a human. This is redemption."

In a separate video, Golloria revealed that the wife of Justin Bieber called her on the phone, "took accountability" and listened to her. The former added that the catwalk beauty didn't try to dismiss her experience.

She doubled down on the praise on Instagram Stories. "Not only did she listen to black women, she also recognized the value of our time and energy," she wrote. "Handled with intention. Muah!!"

Fans immediately showered Hailey with praises after catching wind of Golloria's video. "That's amazing that Hailey reached out. The color looks gorgeous on you," one said. Someone added, "Hailey you've got a new fan because all makeup brands need to take note."

"That was fast, that was mature and class of Rhode, I love the brand," another gushed. "Hailey not only listened but took your criticism and made change FAST! Bravo to you and kudos to her!!!! Amazing!" one other noted.

Previously, Golloria complained in a viral video about how the shades made her look "ashy." She said, "I just feel like in 2024, if you're gonna drop anything complexion that it should be able to work for any skin tone and complexion, right?"

She tried to apply more of the product and with different tools and brushes in a follow-up video, but that didn't work out well on her. "You guys keep saying, 'Well, why does this blush look different on this person, oh, well, I saw this person try it, and it worked for them,' " she said.

"For one, I don't know why it looks different on that person, and for two, I have a very different complexion than most people, and not every product is going to look the same on dark skin, because there are different tones of dark skin," she continued. "What works on someone else, may not work on me."
