Tori Spelling has finally joined 'Dancing With the Stars' after years of hesitation, thanks to encouragement from her former 'Beverly Hills, 90210' co-stars Brian and late Shannen Doherty.

AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling is stepping into the ballroom for the upcoming season of "Dancing With the Stars", and she credits two special people for giving her the confidence to take the leap: Brian Austin Green and the late Shannen Doherty.
"I've been offered [Dancing With the Stars] before, and I really wanted to do it, but I was just too scared to ever say yes," Spelling admitted. However, Green, who competed on the show in 2021, encouraged her, saying, "You're going to be great, you have to do this."
Doherty, who passed away in July after a long battle with cancer, also played a significant role in Spelling's decision to participate. "My whole life, I didn't believe in myself. I didn't believe in my power," Spelling said. "I really attribute me finding myself and turning on my power to my friend Shannen, who unfortunately we all just lost recently."
Doherty had been supportive of Spelling's growth and self-discovery. "So I'm here doing it, I'm showing my power," Spelling added.
Spelling follows in the footsteps of several of her 90210 co-stars who have competed on the show, including Ian Ziering, Jennie Garth, Doherty and Green.
Spelling, partnered with Pasha Pashkov, will be joined by a star-studded cast that includes Phaedra Parks, Eric Roberts, Anna Delvey, Dwight Howard, Danny Amendola, Brooks Nader and more.
"Dancing With the Stars" season 33 premieres on ABC on Tuesday, September 17, at 8 P.M. ET.
