The mansion includes a 38,000 square-foot main house, a guest penthouse, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a caretaker house and a 12-car garage.

According to sources, Jennifer and Ben are "currently in mediation," seeking a less formal and faster alternative to a traditional divorce. However, there are reportedly "some sticking points over financials" between the couple, who did not sign a prenuptial agreement.
