After a month-long stay at a mental health facility, the 'Vanderpump Rules' rules is ready to return home and reunite with his young son this Thursday, August 22.

AceShowbiz - Jax Taylor, known for his role on "Vanderpump Rules", will soon exit the mental health treatment center he entered in late July, PEOPLE confirms. "Jax has spent the last 30 days in treatment and will be heading back home later this week," a representative for the "The Valley" star stated on Monday, August 19.
TMZ first reported the news. He is reportedly set to exit the facility this Thursday, August 22.
"It's been an emotional month for him and he's most looking forward to spending time with his son," the statement continued. Taylor shares his three-year-old son, Cruz Michael Cauchi, with his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright.
Upon his return home, Taylor will resume filming "The Valley", which began production for its sophomore season earlier this summer, according to TMZ. The outlet also states that Taylor intends to share his experiences during his in-patient stay when he feels comfortable. Audiences can expect an emotional and vulnerable new season.
Despite speculation, a representative for Bravo has not yet confirmed Taylor's return to filming.
"Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast. He has made the decision to seek in-patient treatment," a representative for the "Vanderpump Rules" alum told PEOPLE when he first sought treatment weeks ago.
"This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family. They ask for privacy and respect until he is ready to speak more on this matter," the statement concluded.
Taylor's treatment coincides with his separation from Cartwright. The couple announced their separation in February after four years of marriage.
When Cartwright announced the split on their joint podcast "When Reality Hits with Jax and Brittany," she revealed that she had chosen to move out for the sake of her mental health.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor continued to live near each other despite their separation, with Taylor moving back into the family home. They have yet to reveal any plans for reconciliation.
The couple met almost a decade ago in 2015. Their relationship was documented on "Vanderpump Rules", its spin-off "Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky" and most recently, "The Valley". They wed on June 29, 2019, and welcomed Cruz two years later.
Season 2 of "The Valley" is currently in production. Season 1 is available to stream on Peacock.
