AceShowbiz - Charli XCX got wet and wild during a recent photo session for a new SKIMS campaign. While posing for Kim Kardashian's clothing brand, the "Guess" hitmaker braved the rain in a wet outfit.
On Monday, August 19, the 32-year-old singer treated social media users to a series of pictures from her photo shoot with SKIMS. In the photos, which she uploaded on her Instagram page, it could be seen that she was striking a number of poses while it was heavily raining.
One of the snaps captured Charli kneeling on grass as she pulled down the waistline of her shorts. While looking straight at the camera, she showed a stern facial expression. Another photo, in the meantime, showed her suggestively posing as she placed one of her hands on her neck.
Charli was surrounded by green plants in a green field. Meanwhile, behind her were several white clothing pieces, including a top and a pair of undies, hanging on a rope. The clothes appeared wet from the heavy rain.
The "Boom Clap" singer left little to the imagination since her all-white ensemble was wet. She rocked a bra top that came with a very low-cut design and two thick straps. She also donned a pair of figure-hugging shorts.
Keeping the look simple, Charli, who looked fresh with her natural makeup, ditched her accessories and shoes. In addition, her long black hair, which was also wet, cascaded down her back. Along with the photos, she wrote in the caption of the post, "me for @skims cotton by @petrafcollins #ad."
Later that day, the official Instagram account of SKIMS shared a video from the photo shoot. The short clip featured a scene where Charli was posing with some puppies, including one which looked relaxed sitting on her legs. For the particular set, she rocked a light gray tube top and a pair of matching sweatpants.
After the photos and video were shared, Charli received positive comments from Instagram users. One in particular gushed, "I can't believe that it's you! Very Impressive," adding clapping hands emoji. Another chimed in, "You've never looked so beautiful in your life." A third exclaimed, "Holy hotness."
