The retired athlete juggles fatherhood and his new endeavors while staying busy in retirement, acknowledging the challenges and rewards of being a great parent.

AceShowbiz - Tom Brady, the legendary quarterback, has a packed schedule in retirement, balancing parenthood with his new career ventures. At the Fanatics Fest in New York City, the 47-year-old athlete admitted to being "busier than ever" while juggling fatherhood and his new endeavors.

Brady emphasizes the importance of prioritizing his role as a father to his three children: 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian, whom he shares with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, and 16-year-old Jack from a previous relationship. "I got a lot of things that keep me busy but still trying to be a great dad and be there for my kids," he said.

Despite the challenges of balancing work and family, Brady acknowledges the rewards. "All the parents out there know that it's a challenge to be a good parent," he said. "And all the kids, I hope you appreciate your parents too! Because there's a lot of work they put into making your life a little easier."

Brady's children are beginning to appreciate the sacrifices he made as they get older. "They begin to appreciate ... as they get older and start to have the responsibilities of an adult," he said. "When you're working hard to be a dad and also provide for the family, that does come with being away a bit and being really focused on my job."

In addition to fatherhood, Brady has signed a massive 10-year, $375 million contract with Fox Sports to become their NFL analyst. While his weekends will become busier, he has been making the most of his time off.
