AceShowbiz - YG has released his highly anticipated third installment in the "Just Re'd Up" series, titled "Just Re'd Up 3". Arriving on Friday, August 16, the album marks his first solo effort since 2022's "I Got Issues".
"Just Re'd Up 3" boasts a double-disc format with 19 tracks, featuring collaborations with close friends and fellow musicians. The guest list includes Ty Dolla $ign, Saweetie, Lil Yachty, frequent collaborator DJ Mustard and many more.
The original "Just Re'd Up" album was released in 2011 to critical acclaim, with the sequel following two years later. Over a decade has passed since the second installment, and YG has now returned to the well for "Just Re'd Up 3".
YG's busy summer has included his "Just Re'd Up" tour, which kicked off in June and concludes this weekend with a final show in Hawaii. He also joined Kendrick Lamar and other West Coast dignitaries on stage for Lamar's "Not Like Us" Juneteenth concert. In November, YG will embark on a new headlining tour with stops in Boston, New York City, Houston and more. This will be his first headlining tour since 2019's "Stay Dangerous" trek.
"I Got Issues" peaked at No. 18 on the Billboard 200, while YG's collaboration album with Tyga, "Hit Me When U Leave the Klub: The Playlist", was released in 2023.
