AceShowbiz - Kevin Hart's deposition as a part of Jonathan Todd Jackson's lawsuit against him has been revealed. In it, the "Get Hard" actor offered details of the drug-filled night that led to him cheating on his then-pregnant wife Eniko Parrish back in 2017.
On Tuesday, August 13, Page Six obtained and published a transcription of the deposition, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on August 6. In it, the 45-year-old actor/comedian "admitted to dropping the hallucinogenic drug Molly" before cheating on his wife.
Kevin claimed that his pal, whose identity he kept under tight wraps during the deposition, "pressured him to do the drug." However, "The Man From Toronto" actor told his friend, "No, I don't really f**k with drugs like that."
During the deposition, Kevin said to DAI Robin Letourneau, "F**k it, I said, and I put it in my drink." He continued, "I had some water there. It was watered down. Because it's in my drink, I'm fine. I'm fine with drinking. The night is good."
Kevin also recalled meeting Montia Sabbag and Morgan, both of whom he brought to his hotel room in Las Vegas. He stated that after Morgan left, he and Montia fell asleep. He claimed, "I did not have sex with [Montia] that night. I had sex with her the following morning. She woke me up."
Kevin said that he realized Montia attempted to "get closer to the [hidden] camera," which "ultimately recorded a sex tape allegedly used to extort him at the time." He alleged that the camera was "hidden in advance by someone" since he "never felt Montia leave the bed."
Back in 2019, Kevin was sued for $60 million by Montia Sabbag, who claimed she had sex with the comedian in 2017. The said sex tape was secretly recorded by his friend Jonathan. Even though Kevin strongly denied ever facilitating a recording, he issued an apology for cheating on Eniko, who gave birth to their son that same year.
One year after the tape was filmed, Jonathan was arrested and charged with two felony counts of extortion before the charges against him were eventually dropped in 2021. However, in July 2024, Jonathan filed a lawsuit against Kevin, accusing the stand-up comic of fabricating evidence and breaking a subsequent contract.
