AceShowbiz - Vince Vaughn celebrated a momentous occasion on Monday as he was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The actor was joined by his family, including his wife of over a decade, Kyla Weber, and their two children, 13-year-old daughter Locklyn and 11-year-old son Vernon.

In a heartfelt speech, Vaughn expressed his gratitude for his family's love and support. "My beautiful wife Kyla, I'm so glad you're with me on this now. I'm so grateful for you and these beautiful kids," he said. "As much as all this means, Vernon and Locklyn, you guys really do need to know that you guys are the most important thing in the world to me."

Vaughn also shared that his older sisters sparked his initial interest in acting when they took him to see "Animal House" at a young age. "I knew I wanted to make people laugh the way I did viewing that movie," he said.

In an interview with EXTRA TV, Vaughn expressed his appreciation for the joy and patience that fatherhood has brought into his life. "You feel a kind of love that you just can't describe," he said. "We laugh a lot, we have a lot of fun, so I enjoy my days quite a bit with both of them."

The actor's family was also present for photo opportunities, posing on the iconic Hollywood pathway. Vernon proudly held up his father's plaque, which featured a miniature version of his Walk of Fame star. Vaughn's parents, Sharon and Vernon, also joined the celebration, along with his two older sisters and extended family.

In addition to his family, Vaughn thanked numerous others for their support, including his agents, managers and colleagues. He also highlighted the importance of laughter and expressed his hope that his work has brought joy to others. "As long as I can make people laugh, I'll be a happy camper," Vaughn said.
