AceShowbiz - Chrisean Rock is facing a potentially serious consequence amid her legal issues. The problematic star, who shares a son with Blueface, is reportedly facing eight years in prison following her arrest in June and extradition to Oklahoma on drug-related charge.

According to her arrest documents which were obtained by several news outlets, the raptress is currently being held at the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center in Vinita. She has been charged with failure to have a tax stamp affixed on control dangerous substances (CDS) and possession of CDS with the intent to distribute, with each charge carrying a four-year sentence.

Chrisean, whose real name is Chrisean Eugenia Malone, was arrested in June when she attended Blueface's court hearing in Los Angeles. She was quickly apprehended on a felony fugitive warrant out of Oklahoma, where she was wanted for a probation violation in a drug case.

Blueface himself has been dealing with his own legal issues and has been behind bars at the Men's Central Jail in Los Angeles, leaving their child, one-year-old child without either of his parents.

Prior to her arrest, Chrisean openly discussed her legal situation, acknowledging her status as a fugitive but stating that she was trying to resolve the matter without turning herself in. "I have my son. The old me would have just turned myself in and dealt with it. The inside through the outside of jail. Whatever. Right now, I gotta play it cautious 'cause I don't plan on being in jail while my son is growing," she said on Instagram Live.

Recently, her sister Terrine updated fans that Chrisean might be released from prison before her son's birthday in September. "Chrisean will be home sooner than later yesssssssss thank u Jesus I wanna b there to witness yall reunion I kno yall miss each other sooooo bad," Terrine wrote on her Instagram Story.
