During a performance with his brothers at one of the largest music festivals in Canada, Joe Jonas made a subtle yet significant move that did not go unnoticed by fans.

AceShowbiz - Joe Jonas avoided singing about his estranged wife, Sophie Turner, while performing with his brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas on Saturday night, July 7 at the Bell Stage of the iconic festival. Throughout a rendition of their hit song "Cool," Joe notably skipped a particular line that references Turner's role on "Game of Thrones."

The lyric, "Oh, I feel like Post Malone when I get home / Sittin' there, winnin' like it's Game of Thrones," was left to the audience to fill in, as he turned away from the microphone. This moment was recounted by a festivalgoer to Page Six.

Turner, who became a household name as Sansa Stark on the HBO series, recently found herself in a contentious legal battle with Joe. The singer filed for divorce from Turner nearly a year ago, ending their four-year marriage. Their divorce proceedings have been fraught with conflict, most notably over the custody of their two daughters, Willa, 3, and Delphine, 2.

Shortly after the divorce filing, Turner accused Joe of "abducting" their children and taking their passports to keep them from leaving the United States, demanding their return to her native England. In October 2023, they reached a temporary, amicable resolution through mediation. However, the case was reactivated by Turner in March after failing to finalize custody and property agreements.

Since their split, both Turner and Jonas have moved on to new relationships. Turner has been dating English aristocrat Peregrine "Perry" John Dickinson Pearson since October 2023 while Jonas has been romantically linked to several beauties including model Stormi Bree and actress Laila Abdallah.

The Jonas Brothers' set at the Festival d'ete de Quebec also featured other hits like "Hold On," "What a Man Gotta Do," "Year 3000," and "S.O.S.", and included interactions with fans. Artists Carly Rae Jepsen, 50 Cent, and Nickelback also performed at the festival, contributing to a stellar lineup on the Bell Stage.

Despite the drama offstage, the Jonas Brothers ensured the audience had an unforgettable experience, even including a kiss cam moment during their song "When You Look Me in the Eyes."
