Joining the list of popular artists, like Audioslave, Cold, and Fall Out Boy to participate in Houston's BuzzFest XVI on October 22, 2005, Nickelback unquestionably has established a solid status in U.S. as their fifth studio-album, “All the Right Reasons,” instantly topped Billboard Top 200 Album Chart several days after its release on October 4. Honored plaques for brilliant achievement they had scored throughout their career in the same month, this post grunge rock band has gloriously embarked on a mini tour held in just one day around 4 cities in Canada to meet fans while also conduct media interviews. One of the performers at the new Nokia Theater in Times Square of New York City held in September 2005, the quartet certainly possesses the potentiality to be one the most substantial Canadian artists in the world.

Originally a cover band hailed from Hanna, a small town located in Alberta, Canada, Nickelback was formed in 1995 by lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Chad Robert Kroeger (born on November 15, 1974) and his brother, bassist Michael Kroeger (born on June 25, 1972). Inspired to name the group based on Mike's experience as a cashier in Starbucks where he frequently gave the nickel in change to customers' payment, Kroeger brothers shortly were joined by their cousin, Brandon Kroeger, as the drummer and an old friend named Ryan Peake (born on March 1, 1973) as the guitarist/backing vocalist. As these four talented guys came up with a concept to perform their own songs, they concluded to head for Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1996 to record their compositions in a friend's studio. The result was an EP entitled “Hesher” which contained seven songs altogether.
