AceShowbiz - Speaking of Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, one cannot separate her from her famous parents Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. But despite her celebrity status, the teen never relies on her parents to achieve her goals, her choreographer Keelan Carter claims.
The 18-year-old daughter of the former Hollywood couple has made headlines with her passion for dance. Showcasing her dancing skills in a number of videos shared by Keelan, the teen earned the spotlight fair and square, according to the dance pro.
In an interview with Daily Mail published on Monday, May 27, Keelan details how Shiloh couldn't be further from the stereotypical Hollywood "nepo baby." He tells the outlet, "Shiloh is an exceptionally talented dancer, demonstrating dedication and hard work."
The accomplished choreographer, actor and fashion designer goes on gushing over the budding dancer, "She is a sincere and straightforward person who never uses her celebrity status to her advantage. Shi does not rely on her famous name to achieve her goals."
"Honestly, I didn't even know who she was at first and I don't think this matters, especially in a dance studio," the dance pro adds. He further urges people to see Shiloh "beyond her celebrity status," saying, "I understand that it can be difficult to see the person beyond her celebrity status, but I urge you to make an effort for her. Believe me, it is worth it."
Keelan also insists that his recent dance videos featuring Shiloh "were made in the same way I post any dancer who comes to my sessions or classes and whom I believe deserves to be featured."
On Wednesday, May 22, Keelan posted on his Instagram page a video of Shiloh dancing with three other dancers in a studio. In the clip, the four danced to the song "Tanzania" by Uncle Waffles and Tony Duardo featuring Sino Msolo and Boibizza. The routine was choreographed by Keelan.
In the caption, Keelan wrote, "Can't wait to be back in the studio with these talented people." He continued sharing, "In the last period of my life, LA feels like home and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to meet so many hardworking and wonderful people. I'm glad every time to have you next to me in the studio, so thank you guys."
In another video posted earlier this month, Shiloh pulled off slick freestyle dance moves as she danced to the song "Tanzania". Wearing sweats, an oversized tee and sneakers, she showed her impressive dance skills in a studio.
Keelan acknowledged the teen's skills as he captioned the video, "Her movement is crazy." He added, "Thank you for your energy."
