AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran has reminded social media users that he released his album titled "X" one decade ago. To celebrate 10 years after launching the record, the "Castle on the Hill" singer revealed that he will hold a special concert.

On Wednesday, May 1, the 33-year-old English singer/songwriter surprised his fans with the announcement of the "10 Year Anniversary Show." He made use of his Instagram page to share the exciting news. In the caption of his new post, he wrote, "10th anniversary of Multiply this year, which feels wild but also a lot has happened in that 10 years."

Ed went on to explain about the record, "This album was made from 2011 - 2014, and spanned my whole personal life through that time, which was a mad time. Going from playing pubs and clubs to selling arenas in those years, falling in and out of love, travelling all round the world, working with some of the best producers in the world, it was a real rollercoaster, and it's been amazing to revisit all the memories."

The "Thinking Out Loud" hitmaker further voiced his excitement for the upcoming concert, "Can't wait to experience the multiply show with you, and remember some amazing moments over this summer together." He then shared the details, "Multiply anniversary show is on 22nd May at Barclays Center New York. Tickets on sale 6th May, sign up via link in bio. In the same post, Ed uploaded a video to promote his merchandise. The short clip documented several versions of the singer, all of whom were sporting the merchandise and doing various activities in one room. The footage later showed one version of him making his way into the room.

He was filmed walking and approaching the camera. Once he was close enough, he stated while pointing his finger, "Multiply 10th anniversary merch out now. Barclays Center 22nd of May. See you there for the 10th anniversary show."

Ed released "X", which is also famous as "Multiply", back in 2014. One of the songs featured in the record titled "Thinking Out Loud" that reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart in 2015.
