AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie doesn't rule out dating despite her messy divorce with Brad Pitt. If a new report is to be believed, the "Maleficent" star is "not giving up" on finding a new special someone.
According to the National Enquirer, cited by RadarOnline.com, "nothing has worked out" between the 48-year-old and her "potential suitors". The actress is reportedly "picky" when it comes to choosing a partner.
"It's very hard for her to let down her guard with anyone," a source said. "She worried it would be a nightmare... She's not giving up, but it's safe to say she's not enjoying the singles scene in New York."
Love life aside, Angelina is reportedly planning to get settled in New York City and "make a full-time move there as soon as possible." The humanitarian, who has been in the Big Apple for most of this year, is allegedly eager for a change because she is "sick and tired of L.A." and wants a fresh start amid her legal battle with Brad.
"She must wait until she wraps things up as far as custody and visitation rights go," the insider noted. "And it's taking forever."
Brad and Angelina split following an alleged violent incident during the family's private flight. His drinking issue was later under scrutiny, but rumor claims he has since become sober. Allegations of domestic abuse also surfaced but he vehemently denied it.
Their children largely spent time with Jolie following their split, and three of them allegedly wanted to testify against him in court but the judge would not let them. It was only recently that his daughter Shiloh was said to want to move in with him - a report that remains unverified.
