AceShowbiz - Christine Quinn is seeking full custody of her young son, Christian Georges. In new court documents, the "Selling Sunset" star claimed her estranged husband, Christian Richard Dumontet, has abused their child.

The reality star filed the petition on Monday, April 15. In the legal docs, she alleged that her ex has "perpetrated acts of domestic violence and child abuse against my son and [her]."

Christine further claimed, "I reported these acts of abuse to law enforcement because they were true and because I feared for our safety."

Meanwhile, a source told Page Six that Christine had to take her baby boy to the hospital, where he was treated for injuries following the couple's recent fight. Per the latest filing, the 35-year-old alleged that her estranged husband has also not upheld his end of the bargain when it comes to paying for their 2-year-old son's hospital bills since he was born in May 2021.

The court documents alleged Christine wants the tech businessman to fulfill "unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties' son, in an amount over $100,000 (total amount to be determined)."

Christine and Christian are divorcing after the latter was arrested for allegedly throwing a glass bottle at their son on March 18. A day later, he was arrested again for entering their shared home even though Christine obtained a restraining order against him.

Christian filed for divorce from Christine earlier this month, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation. Christian, seeks to block his ex from asking for spousal support from him and wants the court to determine the division of assets and property.

Christian also requested that any earnings he has made since their separation be considered his separate property. He too demanded sole legal and physical custody of their son.
