AceShowbiz - Jerry Harris has been ordered to pay a huge amount related to his sex crimes against children. According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the "Cheer" star was instructed to pay more than $136,000 in restitution to five of his minor victims.
The restitution was unveiled in legal documents filed on February 8, which was just found this month. The 24-year-old is on the hook for $136,348.76 "due immediately." Per the order, one of his minor victims will collect $124,348.76 while the other four get $3,000 each.
Jerry need to make the payment as soon as possible. If he can't pay the restitution lump sum now, 10% of his future earnings after his release will be taken from each check.
Jerry was arrested in September 2020 after the FBI raided his Naperville, Illinois home and charged him with producing child pornography. His lawyers said at the time their client wanted to "take responsibility for his actions and publicly convey his remorse for the harm he has caused the victims."
Jerry has been in custody since his arrest in September 2020. According to his legal team, he has been undergoing therapy in prison and "will spend the rest of his life making amends for what he has done."
